Over 50 years of research and use support supports the MBTI instrument’s reliability as a useful tool for management and human resources development, career and personal consulting, teambuilding and improving communication.
By identifying and describing 8 preferences (Extraversion, Introversion, Sensing, Intuiting, Thinking, Feeling, Judging, Perceiving) and 16 different Types, the MBTI assessment increases awareness of individual styles of gathering information, making decisions and interacting with others. This information promotes a greater understanding of self and others.

ABLE®360: Assessment of Basic Leader Effectiveness
The Assessment of Basic Leader Effectiveness (ABLE®) is a questionnaire based on over fifteen years of research by High Performing Systems, Inc. The ABLE provides a 360° view: The leader, the leader’s boss, team members reporting directly to the leader and, in some instances, the leader’s peers. It measures nine basic leader skill dimensions proven to be the most essential to high performing leaders.
Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI)
According to CPP, Inc., the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument is the world’s bestselling instrument for understanding how conflict-handling modes, or styles, affect interpersonal and group dynamics and for learning how to select the most appropriate style for a given situation.
The TKI tool has been used successfully by businesses, educators and organizational development professionals for over 30 years. Scoring for the TKI assessment is based on a revised norm sample and is presented in the updated TKI Profile and Interpretive Report with a more personalized analysis of results.
